    A: We operate as a B2B made-to-order manufacturer. Our standard process is as follows:

    1. You submit your inquiry with specifications and details. For example, quantity, packing, and any specific requirements..,Or, so called "Request for Quote" (RFQ).
    2. We provide a detailed quotation
    3. Upon agreement on pricing and terms, you issue a purchase order
    4. We send a sales contract for your final confirmation before commencing production

  • Freight

    Q: What kind of freight is avaiable?
    A: Sea freight, air freight or express courier.
     

  • Lead Time

    Q: What is the lead time/ production time?
    A:It subjected to the products. Normally, 45 days to 75 days after order confirmation.

  • Sample

    Q: Is a sample available?
    A: Normally, yes if in stock. Or, may need some time for preparation.
     

  • Payment

    Q: What kinds of payment way support?
    A: Normally, bulk orders are paid by TT; samples or small order could be paid via PayPal or credit cards.
